Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 10am.

Property Access

  • Silverleaf has paved access for all but the last 2 miles, which are gravel.
  • 4WD is required in winter, recommended year-round.
  • 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
  • Please note, this home goes on a winter block from January 1st through March 31st.

Policies and Rules

  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
  • No smoking allowed.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
  • No events allowed.
  • Minimum age: 25 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets into this home. For those with allergen concerns, animals may have been in the property in the past.

Fees and Payments

  • Firewood may be added at the time of booking or by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You receive two wrapped bundles and a fire starter for $25/night.
  • CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Kitchen is stocked with cooking basics and utensils. Starter paper products are provided: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. These items are for one night or two. Hair dryers are not provided. Towels and bed linens are provided.
  • High-speed internet, dishwasher, clothes washing machine, clothes dryer, climate control, toaster, stove, oven, and landline are available.
  • Free parking is available.
  • Patio and hot tub are available.
